Tensegrity Tips

Whether or not you can come to the equinox gathering, chew on these ideas while you are clarifying your heart-seed thoughts to plant for spring and how you are evolving this year!

Tensegrity Tips
BE ONE WHO REMEMBERS!

1. Listen to your own heart’s motivation, and take action now.
2. Believe in yourself, above all, and stay present to your vision.
3. Be aware of your deeply-rooted beliefs in concepts, and free yourself of their burdening influence.
4. Remain in constant observance of subtleties, and trust your innate body wisdom.
5. Stay focused on noticing the Light in the world, and be a beacon to all you encounter.
6. Relax deeply, and be someone who remembers their true nature.
7. Believe in your capacity to heal yourself quickly, and extend comfort to your world.
8. If in doubt, step away and another door opens.
9. Say loudly and repeatedly, “I Choose Me!”

Upcoming Spring Equinox Gathering 3/21/15

March 20th, at 3:45 pm PDT, the nature of the equinox officially signals the return of spring! You already feel it. The pulse is shifting beneath your feet, as blossoms burst and spring rains gently bring us forward into being open and receptive soil for this year’s unfolding. As buds are pregnant with possibility, as seeds are quietly emerging, we too, are vulnerably able to reveal our deepest wishes and intentions for this year.
Please join me here in Lacomb, on Saturday the 21st, 4 pm to 7-8’ish to share your spring commitments. Like usual, bring healthy food to share, your journal, natural-fiber journey blanket, and a small handful of pebbles for planting. You are invited to spend the night if you like, in case you prefer not driving in the dark or just want to hang out – bring fruit … fresh eggs and toast provided in the morning.
Come ready to reverently put yourself out there to plant your heart-seeds for summer bounty, and fall’s harvest that carries us into winter. Give yourself a chance to be really lucid about how you want to make changes in your life. Step up and commit your words, to dedicate your soul’s path to your most profound potential.
Urgently now, like today, like this week now, is the time to shed any remaining fear that you explored in your cave this winter, such as, about being healthy on this planet, about moving forward this year, about knowing your truest purpose for being here in the present time, about resolving personal relationship challenges. You know that we each carry an innate inner compass for our lives – it is only found in our body-felt wisdom and cannot be manufactured in our brain through scholarly efforts, head-tripping, and the mental work of over-analysis. Humbly drop down into your heart. Feel your roots grow out of your trunk, through your thighs, and course into your legs. Let your feet feed on your Mother. Sink into your bones and know you are stronger and more intelligent than you ever imagined. Your light beams everywhere!
You are the source of your capacity to focus. Be tenacious and as Jaenai would say, “grab a root and growl”… don’t stand back, sit on the fence, or wait to “take command of your ship”, as John would say. Don’t accept a “cheap bastardization of the real thing”, as Lodi would say. Let the truth of your being resonate so powerfully that you conjure rainbows to cherish the deliciousness of your present moment.
Our thoughts sprout and take on lives of their own. Now, with the birthing of spring, you can use that particular special energy to direct how you want it to go down, how you prefer your life to unfold, how you choose with your will to declare yourself to being that warrior, that teacher, that visionary, that leader, that healer, that feeler, that lover, that family member, that trusted and learned friend – you fill in the blank. So let’s be intentional about that natural process. Offer us, your community, your genuine article, your brand, your signature on life, and know that we are all in this together, and we are stronger because of it. Thank you!
2015 is not slowing down. The old story is being shed. The new story is being written. What is your part? I’m loving it!

2nd Wed RYOB – Crystal Healing, BanaKuma, and Ho’oponopono

Online links are ready for the 2nd Wednesday Read Your Own Book.  Sensuality and the Great Mystery will be uncovered this month.  Please bring your deck…and remember, we welcome drop-in graduates!  We’ll start at 3:30 pm!  I’ll be hot off the plane to share a week’s worth of study with you.  I unexpectedly have put together “an intensive” and look forward to bringing back inspiration.

Crystal Healing through Red Tara
Wednesday I’ll see Lama Inge from Spokane, and learn about Crystal Healing as she learned from Chagdud Tulku.  Bring a special crystal to class so that we can tap into its essential nature.

Bana Kuma
While in Hawaii I’ll be visiting an old friend who shares knowledge from an ancestor of his, who is about 10,000 years old.  Its a fascinating process as well as an interesting abundance of information. We will attend a ‘council’ on Friday night with the ancestor and the community there. See http://banakuma.org/archetypes/ for some thought provoking video!

Ho’oponopono
As you already know I’m an ancient fan of Morrnah Nalamaku Simeona, a Hawaiian Kahuna Lapa’au.  This topic is part of our June material but I’ll be in the thick of it when I return so we might get to pre-visit some later chapters, as in October when we explore Right Relationship to Creator/Creation.  Also, its another approach to ‘cleaning’ ones field as well – you know, like we dig into clearing chakras etc.?  This is another type of clearing protocol.

All of a sudden I found myself in this flow to get it from the horse, and go experiential, instead of just reading about it.  My dream has always been to meet Dr Hew Len (his story here … http://rosariomontenegro.hubpages.com/hub/How-Dr-Hew-Len-healed-a-ward-of-mentally-ill-criminals-with-Hooponopono ). Instead, I will be studying with one of his peers and am looking forward to it.

And I never dreamed of going to Hawaii so this is a total surprise…Tibet, Nepal, India, Zimbabwe, or Peru maybe, but never Hawaii.  There are several things that came together to save me hundreds of dollars, so spendthrift as I am, can live with myself.  As with all of my endeavors I want to swim in the mainstream, and not a tributary, so am going to the islands to be poured into, and tap deep into the rich nature of divine feminine healing spirits there, instead of doing a states-side exploration.

BTW – there are all sorts of people out there sharing Ho’oponopono, like Joe who was mentioned in the link above. I’m afraid its all been over commercialized, but oh well, this is what happens with a good thing.  Anyway, if you are interested in some of the meatier pieces of info, this link has more background too: http://www.self-i-dentity-through-hooponopono.com/pdfs/who-english-abridged.pdf .  I love the reference therein to Shakespeare’s “fore bemoaned moans”… that is exquisite.

Also, to get another grasp of its essence, check out http://www.realhula.com/kumuWis-PONO.html where they really scratch my itch around this topic!  Much lighter reading than the previous link, palpating the sweet savour of the relationship perfection that exists at each moment for all of us, all the time.

It feels like I’ve been practicing this approach to my personal healing for most of my adult life, but, I want to know what the Kahuna says about it, so am excited to be able to do this.  I haven’t been to a workshop for myself for a long time either so a little indulgence is in order.  I’ll leave you with this poem from Morrnah Nalamaku Simeona.

*”I” Am The “I”*
*OWAU NO KA “I”*

*”I” come forth from the void into light,
Pua mai au mai ka po iloko o ka malamalama,

“I” am the breath that nurtures life,
Owau no ka ha, ka mauli ola,

“I” am that emptiness, that hollowness beyond all consciousness,
Owau no ka poho, ke ka’ele mawaho a’e o no ike apau.

The “I”, the Id, the All.
Ka “I”, Ke Kino Iho, na Mea Apau.

“I” draw my bow of rainbows across the waters,
Ka a’e au “I” ku’u pi’o o na anuenue mawaho a’e o na kai a pau,

The continuum of minds with matters.
Ka ho’omaumau o na mana’o ame na mea a pau.

“I” am the incoming and outgoing of breath,
Owau no ka “Ho” a me ka “Ha”,

The invisible, untouchable breeze,
He huna ka makani nahenahe,

The undefinable atom of creation.
Ka “Hua” huna o Kumulipo.

“I” am the “I”.
Owau no ka “I”.*

Winter Solstice 2014

Looking forward to seeing you on Saturday 12/20 so we can explore Solstice together in Lacomb (3rd Sunday class moved to Saturday 10-3 pm, Solstice gathering starts at 4 pm – RSVP please). Here are some thoughts to consider:

Fall is nature’s time to pull energy back to the roots and let the above ground foliage die back. We can see the various ways that the earth has been doing this since fall equinox. And, if we listen carefully, we can feel the earth as she strips the leaves with her cold bare hands and asks the plants to surrender. Sounds brutal. Sometimes it feels that way.

Every year we experience nature’s process of pulling away the unnecessary layers and revealing the essence, in the natural world around us, and in ourselves, whether we recognize and are conscious of the process or not. Nature is helping us with our personal transformations, as part of the earth cycle…and it can be a very empowering time.

As we walk through this process, some of our deepest fears may surface. And sadness or grief about losses, or letting go of our hopes and wishes for the year that weren’t fulfilled, are a natural part of this shedding season. If you can allow yourself to let go, as you see parts of your life pass by, or pieces of your dream for 2014 drop away, and let yourself see the fear and allow the grief, in the knowledge that it will pass, then, when the resurgence of energy comes to vision a new season, you will have less obstructions from the past to stumble over. Let yourself relax into nature’s way and find the new power in that.

>>>—————————-> We have another week to shed with the earth, so ask for insights and guidance to learn from all that is flowing in front of you. Then we can go far more willingly into whatever our lives are calling us into for next year.

We will be able to begin visioning and deepening within ourselves after the Solstice. Our Solstice this year (officially the 22nd) brings us also the New Moon which is always a great time to clarify one’s intentions, write down goals and objectives, or begin new projects for the upcoming period. This particular new moon is in Capricorn and so we are given an opportunity to grapple with getting practical, earthy and playful in our approaches. I wouldn’t try to enact too many larger practical project ideas right now, because of the cave indwelling time that should soon consume us all is just around the corner (from the 22nd on until next year when we get to plant the new seeds). That withdrawal into the mother-bear receptive position doesn’t leave much energy to implement or watch over new plans.

Pluto squares Uranus on Dec 14/15, which encourages us to throw off the chains in the present that stop us from expressing our divine, most sacred self in the NOW….What better way to move forward and clear our karma up to set wheels in motion for 2015! This Pluto Uranus square, although a potent darkish energy, can be a light super-server of our lives extraordinaire – IF WE USE the concentrated pointed beam towards our personal clearing.

See what else you might throw out or throw off to get ready to emancipate and find your freedom from the ways you have been locked down. In just a few days we get to begin visioning!

Let me hear from you about whether you can join us for Solstice!
