* When I was introduced to focusing by Nina Joy I was intrigued by its simplicity.  It became clear that it was a formalized version of something I had been doing to track my consciousness as I unraveled my past and rewove my destiny for the future that lay ahead.  Focusing as a method of internal dialogue is a great way to be a good friend to yourself.  Although it is most often shared with a companion one can ‘focus’ alone.

This is so worthy of exploring.
